Qualification

A. Masters’s Degree in Computer Application/Computer Science/Computer science or Computer Technology from a recognized University or Institute/Master of Technology (with specialization in Computer Application)/Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology in Computer Engineering

OR

B. (i) Bachelor degree in Computer Application/Computer Science/Electronics/Electronics and Communication Engineering from a recognised University and
(ii) 02 years experience in electronic data processing work including experience of actual programming from a recognised institute/from Offices of Central Government/State Government/Union Territories/Autonomous/Statutory organization/public sector undertakings/Universities/Recognized Research Institute.

OR

C. (i) ‘A’ Level diploma under Department of Electronic Accredited Computer courses programme/Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Application offered under University Programme and
(ii) 03 years experience of electronic data processing work including experience of actual programming from a recognized institute or from offices of Central Government/Union Territories/State Government/Autonomous/Statutory organization/Recognized Research Institute/public sector undertakings/Universities.

Desirable Qualification

Experience with RISC-based computer systems running UNIX or UNIX-like operating systems, Windows networking, or the Windows environment, as well as programming skills in C, C Plus, or Visual C Plus plus and Oracle or Relation Data Base Management Systems.
